Dads Need Skin-to-Skin Too

When the pandemic started to wind down and life went back to some kind of normal, I was able to start visiting new parents in the hospital to take photos of their babies for my Baby-Friendly Photo Project, from which some of these images come. But I have always found something so sweet in the juxtaposition of newborn baby on their father’s chest. The tenderness, the power. The meeting of that new person at last and the oxytocin flood that holding them can give you.
