9 Months In/9 Months Out

The gestational period is so significant, we all have “9 months” in our head and collective consciousness, even though a pregnancy is really more like 40 weeks, which is more like 10 months (or 10 lunar cycles). Did you know that the current method of estimating your “due date” is based on outdated science that assumes a standard cycle length of 28 days?

I still love to do these 9 months in/9 months out sessions to show how much changes in a short time.
